At UK House Moves, we value our customers and believe the best compliment is a referral. That’s why we’ve created our Referral & Loyalty Program — to reward you for spreading the word and returning to us for your moving needs.

1. Referral Program

Invite friends, family, or colleagues to use UK House Moves and get rewarded.

How it works:

  1. Share your unique referral code or link (provided when you book).

  2. Your friend books a service and mentions your referral.

  3. Once their move is completed, you’ll receive a reward:

    • £50 off your next move or

    • Gift voucher (options may vary)

Terms:

  • Referrals must be new customers who haven’t used UK House Moves before.

  • Rewards are applied after the referred move is completed and paid in full.

  • Multiple referrals are welcome — there’s no limit to how many rewards you can earn.

2. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is designed for customers who use UK House Moves repeatedly.

Benefits include:

  • Discounts on future moves (e.g., 5–10% off your next booking)

  • Priority scheduling during peak periods

  • Early access to promotions and special services

  • Exclusive offers for packing, storage, and fragile item services

How it works:

  • You automatically join the loyalty program after your first move.

  • Discounts and offers are applied to subsequent bookings.

  • Points or benefits may be tracked via your account or email confirmation.

3. Terms & Conditions

  • Rewards and discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Referral rewards and loyalty discounts are non-transferable.

  • UK House Moves reserves the right to change or cancel the program at any time.

  • Abuse or fraudulent use of the program may result in disqualification.

4. How to Participate

  • Ask our team for your referral code when booking your move.

  • Share it via email, social media, or directly with friends and family.

  • Check your account or email after a referred move to claim your reward.
